The Miner County Board of Commissioners met in special session December 3, 2013, in the Miner County Courthouse.  Members present:  Don Bowman, Voni Durant, Pat Maroney, Alex Protsch and Roger Wentland.  Absent:  none.  Chairman Wentland called the meeting to order.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

It was moved by Bowman, seconded by Protsch and carried to approve the agenda.

Commissioners reviewed the rules and regulations associated with the Health Care Reform Act and how those regulations affect the health insurance offered by the county. 

The meeting adjourned to December 17th.  Dated this 6th day of December 2013.
