(Special Meeting)

The Miner County Board of Commissioners met in special session March 31, 2021 in the Miner County Courthouse.  Members present: Roger Wentland, Garrett Gassman, Tom Reisch, Kathy Faber and Alex Protsch.  Absent: none.  Chairman Protsch called the meeting to order.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  Motion by Wentland, seconded by Faber and carried to approve the agenda.

A proposal for asbestos removal located within the Miner County courthouse was submitted by Gary Snow & Associates.  It was moved by Reisch, seconded by Wentland and carried unanimously to approve the proposal from Gary Snow & Associates.

Having no further business, the meeting adjourned to April 13^th.  Dated this 31^st day of March, 2021.
