December 31, 2014
The Miner County Board of Commissioners met in special session, December 31, 2014, in the Miner County Courthouse. Members present: Garrett Gassman, Alex Protsch, Don Bowman and Roger Wentland. Absent: Voni Durant. Chairman Wentland called the meeting to order.
Motion by Gassman and seconded by Protsch to approve the agenda.
Motion by Bowman, seconded by Gassman and carried to remove the following from capital accumulations and revert back to unreserved undesignated as follows: 2022 Asphalt Overlay $180,000.
Motion by Gassman and seconded by Protsch to adopt the following resolution.
RESOLUTION 14-31
WHEREAS, SDCL 7-21-51 allows the board of commissioners to authorize the accumulation of funds for a period longer than one year for capital outlay purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Miner County Board of Commissioners set forth funds from the General Fund for capital outlay accumulation as follows: $180,000 for facility updates to house 911 operations in 2018.
Voting aye: Bowman, Gassman, Protsch and Wentland. Voting nay: none. Resolution adopted this 31st day of December 2014.
