The Miner County Board of Commissioners met in special session June 1, 2017 in the Miner County Courthouse.  Members present:  Roger Wentland, Tom Reisch, Garrett Gassman, and Alex Protsch.  Absent:  Voni Durant.  Chairman Wentland called the meeting to order.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  Motion by Protsch, seconded by Gassman and carried to approve the agenda. The meeting was moved to the 3rd floor courtroom for the circuit court hearing of Judy Shaw Foundation, Inc. vs. Miner County Board of Equalization.  After hearing testimony from the appellant Judge Stoltenburg ruled in favor of the appellee, upholding the previous decision of the Miner County Board of Equalization. The meeting adjourned to June 6th regular scheduled meeting.
