The Miner County Board of County Commissioners is seeking letters of interest to fill the vacancy left on the board due to the passing of County Commissioner, Tom Reisch. This appointment would begin in 2025 and would run through the end of 2026. The person appointed may choose to run in the 2026 election to retain this spot on the board, if elected. Letters of interest can be sent to the County Auditor by email at minerauditor@minercountysd.org or mailed to PO Box 86 Howard, SD 57349.
