NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Miner County Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, May 5th at 9:30 a.m. normally to be held at the Miner County Courthouse to consider in full or in part the following proposed Variance Application:
· Variance pursuant to Section 1101.04. The applicant Charles Blain is requesting:
· to build a storage building utilizing existing footings located 19’ from the adjoining property which is closer than current zoning allows (50’ from adjoining parcels is the setback) in the parcel described as NW4NE4 of Section 16, T107N, R58W, Miner Township, Miner County, South Dakota.
Based on current circumstances surrounding Covid-19, this meeting with be held virtually over a tele-conference platform. All persons interested therein may be heard before the Board of Adjustment during said hearing. Written comments may be filed with the Zoning Officer at PO Box 577, Howard, SD 57349 or email: email@example.com on or before noon on Friday before the scheduled meeting. No materials will be placed on the https://minercountysd.org after 5 p.m. on Friday before the scheduled meeting.
